Delivery
We use PostNord as our delivery and transit provider. All our deliveries are delivered in accordance with the chosen shipment method that you as a customer has chosen during your check out. We offert two options of delivery time, 1: Standard 3-5 working days, 2: Express 1-2 working days.
Once the item(s) have been checked out here on the website and we have received full payment, you will receive an order confirmation obtaining details and information of your purchase and will also include a link to which you are able to track your order.
Returns
To return an item, email us within 14 days of purchase, explaining the reason for the return. The item must be unused with authentic labels, in original packaging and should be in a re-sellable condition. We will offer an exchange or refund, but the cost of returning the item is at your own expense.
If the item is faulty or was sent by us in error, we will cover the cost of return. We recommend using registered mail with sufficient insurance coverage. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. You will need to cover any import duties that may arise.
The packaging must be in the same condition as received. You must receive prior acknowledgement before returning any goods. Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of your returned parcel.
Damaged items
If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 48hrs, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.
